    A little planning will help make the most of our time.

    • Make sure that you have the computer set-up & operational where the software and printer will be installed.
    • Make sure all the operators are scheduled for the training session.
    • Make sure all IT personnel who may be working with the equipment are scheduled for the training session.

    You will notice that our training packages are broken up into multiple sessions, combining both webinar and on-site training. We have found that time between sessions works well to allow for practice and to create/refine card templates.It also allows for different people to be involved in different aspects of the training: IT personal, Card Designers, Operators, and Supervisors.



    Basic Webinar Package $395.00 (three hours)

    This package includes all that is required to get you up and running with your new ID system. This package is recommended for most organizations where photo ID will be a stand alone system.

    Before the training the customer will need to …

    • Install the ID software.
    • Install drivers and connect all hardware (ID card printer, camera, scanners, etc.)

    o Basic quick start guides are provided with most hardware.

    The Basic Package includes the following services:

    • Webinar Based Training (internet connection required)
    • Provide up to 3 hours of basic “How to” as follows:
      • Session 1 (two hours):
        • Database manipulation and setup
        • Card template design features
        • Entering information and capturing photos
      • Session 2 (1 hour):
        • Review and Questions
        • Search functions and other database queries
        • Printer maintenance and cleaning
    • Lifetime limited phone & webinar support (up 30 minutes per month)
      (Additional training available at $125/hr)

    Standard Installation Package $595.00 (5 hours)


    Our Standard Package is designed for organizations that plan to use more advanced software features, have existing database information requirements, or require the training of multiple people. This package includes much more intensive training which can be helpful in preparing employees to use the system more efficiently. The Standard Package includes the following services:

    • Install the ID software
    • Pre-installation about 2 hours (Webinar)
      • Create initial database
      • Database manipulation and setup
      • Importing of data from external databases
      • Card template design features
      • Create 1st card design template
      • Customizing the data entry screen
    • Onsite installation of equipment (local area*) 2 hours
      • Installation of printer and camera
      • Operator Training
        • Entering information and capturing photos
        • Search functions and other database queries
        • Reports
        • Printer maintenance and cleaning
    • Follow-up Webinar (1 hour)
      • Answer questions
    • Lifetime limited phone & webinar support (up 30 minutes per month)
      (Additional training available at $125/hr)

    Premium Package $999.00


    This package provides the ultimate in training flexibility along with the highest amount of system integration. We recommend this package for organizations with internal networks, high training needs, multiple stations and specific data requirements. The Premium Package includes the following services:
