A reusable plastic badge that can be made to expire

The VOIDbadge reads 'VOID' until a TIMEtoken is applied. When the TIMEtoken expires the badge is not valid. To reuse, simply remove the expired TIMEtoken and re-issue the VOIDbadge with a new TIMEtoken.
